6. The Diamond

Modern marketing mavens at Mandalay Sports Entertainment (A division of the same company that brings you action films galore) found a honey of a spot lakeside at one of the biggest get-aways for water sports in SoCal.

The Diamond stands off the dry section of the lakebed at Lake Elsinore, California, as a point of interest once you've had all the sun, water skiing and jet skiing that you can tolerate.

Night games have more lift in terms of the crowd than day games, which can border on the really hot.

Close to parent San Diego, this franchise also picks up fans from the major market who want to check out the rising stars while they hang for the weekend on the lake.

One of the best logos in the minors, well marketed by a company that does merchandising to a tee (shirt, that is.)
